The degree to which coffee beans are roasted is one of the most important factors that determine the taste of the coffee in the cup. Before roasting, green coffee beans are soft, with a fresh “grassy” smell and little or no taste. The coffee roasting process transforms these raw beans into the distinctively aromatic, flavorful, crunchy beans that we recognize as coffee.
Our Speciality Drum Roaster achieves gentle consistent roasting through precise, automatic profiling. It achieves rapid cooling to retain desired aroma and flavour of the beans. The roaster holds a solid roasting drum and special paddle mixer to ensure optimal blending and an excellent roast.
The most common way to describe coffee roast levels is by the color of the roasted beans, ranging from light to dark (or extra dark).

Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold
Highest grade of Indian Arabica Coffee (AAA Grade), produced from washed Arabica Beans from Plantations in Chikmagalur. The beans are large, screen size 19. The coffee from these beans have good body, strong aroma and fine flavour.
Espresso Blend
The Blend is 100% Pure Coffee (Arabica and Robusta Blend), blended to perfection. The beans are medium to dark roasted with the right balance of sweetness, body and acidity, just perfect to create a layered set of flavours for an espresso cup.
Honey Sundried Premium Arabica
Premium Blend of pure Arabica. Grown in the Farms of Chikmagalur, 3400ft above sea level with an optimal rainfall of 80-90 inches (12⁰ c- 32⁰c), our coffee is nurtured in the Sandy Loamy Soil and is naturally processed and Honey Sundried. It is medium roasted to give an exquisite, rich aroma and a fullbodied taste. When brewed, our coffee will hold its integrity and uniqueness in every single cup. This blend is suitable for all types of coffee including Black Coffee’s (Espresso, Americano etc.)
